André Boissier

André Boissier is a 30 year veteran of the film business having forged an expertise in the international distribution of independent feature films. Currently, Boissier oversees two debt-free media companies, Pasatiempo Pictures and ABLO, Inc.

Pasatiempo Pictures celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year with a position of prominence in Latin America and a specific focus in Central America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  ABLO is an LA-based consulting company catering to an elite group of overseas distributors.

Throughout his career, Boissier has acquired and distributed a number of prolific films including HANNIBAL, WHAT WOMEN WANT, MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING, THE HURT LOCKER, SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE, LOOPER and ZERO DARK THIRTY, to name a few.

Born in Cuba, raised in Switzerland, Boissier is fluent in five languages and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and children.

Danny Nieves


Danny Nieves joined Premiere Films in Puerto Rico in 1994 and currently serves as its Vice President and General Manager. He oversees all daily operations for the company, including distribution, finance, acquisitions, freight logistics, and strategic planning.

Nieves has longstanding relationships with Lionsgate, CBS Films and Bleeker Street Films and together with Pasatiempo Pictures Puerto Rico handles the theatrical releases from Open Road, A24 and Broad Green, among others.

Danny is a graduate of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a B.A in Business Administration, Major in Management; and a second B.A in Business Administration, Major in Marketing.
